All your offset, large format and bulk orders are served at Printmasters’ 60,000 sq feet press at the Dubai Production City. Equipped with high-speed top of the range A1 Heidelberg presses, including 4/4 perfecting capability, it has a production capacity of printing 70 million impressions per annum. We keep ourselves abreast with the latest developments in technology and have added H-UV printing to the press. The H-UV prints on various substrates like PVC, PET, PE and OPP. It is not only ozone-friendly, but it is also an alcohol-free, odourless and eco-friendly printer.

In Offset Printing services, four metal plates made out of aluminium are used. These plates transfer images onto rubber blankets, followed by rolling and transferring that image onto paper. It is known as Offset Printing because the ink is not directly transferred on the paper. This is best suited for bulk production of brochures, magazines, books and other marketing collateral.
